We are pleased to announce that on Thursday May 2nd and Friday May 3rd, 2024, there will be a 2-day workshop on Statistical Modelling Strategies focusing on Statistical Methods for Meta-Analysis with Life Science Applications by Dr. Dankmar Böhning from University of Southampton.
This is a two-day course on statistical methods for meta-analysis using the package STATA. The first day gives an overview on traditional techniques used in meta-analysis. The second day covers more recent state-of-the-art modelling including mixed Poisson and binomial regression. The teaching style of the course is a mix of lectures and practical work.
The workshop will take place in the Seminarraum Statistik, Graz University of Technology, Kopernikusgasse 24/III, room number NT 03 098.
Since the number of participants is strictly limited, registration should be done as soon as possible by contacting the organizer via email.
